Our villa has 3 rooms that we wanted to name by some of the nearest beaches, easily accessible by bicycle.

The house has a bright veranda where our breakfasts are served overlooking the garden where you can spend moments of tranquility to read or simply enjoy our summer sun.
If you wish, upon reservation and subject to availability, we also have the possibility of renting 2 electric bikes for your excursions through the Valtenesi.
Romantica
It's our SUITE, a lovely double bedroom, with a multifunctional shower and a large private terrace where you can enjoy your romantic breakfasts. It's named by the largest and most famous beach in Manerba del Garda, that begins from Porto Torchio and arrives up to the border with San Felice del Benaco, walkable thought the lakefront. This is a really long beach, rigged and free, ideal for families and beautiful even in winter and autumn because it is sun-kissed throughout the day.

Baia del vento
It's a quadruple room with balcony and private bathroom. It is said that the name was coined by Emilio Salgari (1826-1911) towards the end of the 19th century for his exposure to the fury of Suer (Tramontana).

Gardiola
It is a double / triple room with private bathroom, very bright, overlooking the garden and the beautiful magnolia, that is in the center of it. It takes its name from the beach in the area of ​​Navenago, a small unattended pebble beach where the water is particularly blue and clear to enjoy splendid baths in Lake Garda.

If you prefer, and you are a numerous group or a big family, it's possible to rent the whole villa with the exclusive use of the kitchen and the garden.
In all we have 8/10 sleeping accommodations, including double sofa bed in the living room.
We will give you sheets and towels for the bathroom.
The house is provided of the washing machine and the dishwasher.
Weekly prices from a minimum of 1.500,00€ to a maximum of 2.500,00€.
For the final cleaning it's 220,00€.
Rental of 2 electric bikes for the whole week Euro 200.00
Aside the tourism tax when scheduled.
A minimum stay of nights is not required but the price may vary according to the number of nights booked.
